How is your summer going? Are you avoiding the heat and finding refreshment for your body? Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water each day to stay hydrated. As a general rule: drink eight 8 oz. glasses of water per day. The water you drink is not only good for your thirst and body, it is also good for your skin.
Make sure to protect your skin from the sun’s harmful rays. Stay in shaded areas as much as possible. When out in the sun, wear hats or any gear that can protect your skin from the sun. Avoiding activities when the sun is the strongest is important. UV rays are strongest with the sun is at its highest point in the sky. This is usually between 10 am and 4 pm and less in the early morning and late afternoon.
You’ll also want to ensure that you’re using proper skin care this summer to combat the sun’s harmful rays. We offer you skin care products that are safe and effective for all of your summer activities. We offer medical-grade sunscreen specifically for your face.
If you accidentally neglected using zinc or titanium based sunscreens and you’ve suffered from sun damage, we have skin care products for you. We have products that can help improve your recovery process.
Visit our office to discover the difference our skin care products can make in your skin care regime.
