This patient underwent a complex revision rhinoplasty. Her prior surgery, performed elsewhere, resulted in a pinched, droopy tip, irregularities on the bridge, and asymmetric nostrils. An open surgical correction was required to smooth out the dorsum, rotate and support the tip, and improve the overall symmetry of the nose. Postoperative pictures are taken about 18 months after revision surgery.
