This patient had a traumatic fracture of the nose, which resulted in a crooked external contour and a deviated septum. An open septorhinoplasty surgery was performed to repair the nasal bones, improve the breathing, and restore the desired external nasal shape. Postoperative pictures show a significant improvement in all of these areas at around 9 months.
