This patient presented with concerns about her droopy and wide nasal tip. Using a combination of techniques, the tip was reduced in width, rotated upward, and secured in a more aesthetically pleasing way. Minimal reduction of the bridge was performed as well to maintain harmony between parts of the nose and the other facial features. Postoperative photos are taken at approximately 12 months.
