25 yr female with a dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, tip rotation, septoplasty. This patient wanted a subtle correction of her profile, including a less droopy trip and a straighter bridge, without sacrificing her ethnic identity. This was achieved with an ultrasonic rhinoplasty, using the Piezotome device, to create smooth lines and reduce healing time. Postoperative photos are taken about one year from the surgery.
