Exercising after your rhinoplasty surgery needs to be entered into with great consideration. After your rhinoplasty you need to be very careful to avoid activities that could pose any risk of causing a contact-injury to your nose. You do not want to compromise the surgical procedure that was just performed. In addition, trying to do overly vigorous exercises too soon post-surgery can be detrimental to your body’s healing process.

If your body speaks to you through pain, listen to it! If you are in pain or discomfort, cease what you’re doing. You will be able to return to that activity when you’re fully recovered, but for now, you may need to take a break until your body is fully healed. As a general rule, you should ease back into your regular workout. Take your time returning to your pre-procedure exercise activity.
